Dr. Sandi Webster
Dr. Sandi Webster is the CEO & Chief Learning Officer of Sandi Webster LLC. Her brand, Sandi Webster Coachsulting, empowers business owners through her online courses, advisory board management, one-on-one and group coaching, workshops and speaking sessions. She focuses on sharing the knowledge accumulated from her experiences with entrepreneurs and corporations to operationalize their companies and get stuff off their plates.
To help her clients build successful companies and form top-notch advisory boards, she utilizes over 35 years of business experience working in multinational corporations and co-founding, scaling, and selling an award-winning management consulting company. Her clients included Fortune 500 global public companies in financial services, telecom, insurance, retail, and several other industries.

SERIAL ENTREPRENEUR. As the co-owner of the holding company Pandi, Sandi still acts as the Chief Learning Officer to create and update Pandi’s curricula of in-person workshops and seminars geared towards women business owners.
SOLD COMPANY. In her former company, Consultants 2 Go (C2G), Sandi was the Chief Operating Officer leading her employees to execute on her clients' corporate strategies. C2G was sold and renamed C2G Partners. She became a Managing Director to facilitate the smooth transition of Human Resources, Recruiting, Billing & Compliance, and Marketing. In that position, she provided marketing and HR strategies and tactics and implemented new HR software. Sandi inspired excellence and championed the growth and development of the HR and Recruiting teams. In her marketing role, she built and optimized marketing initiatives that integrated the website, press, all marketing collateral, awards, blogs, and social media to drive new business to C2G.
EX- CORPORATE EXEC. In her corporate life as a former Director of Marketing at American Express, Sandi created winning, targeted, segmentation strategies for several new products and developed complex analyses for existing products that allowed creative repositioning in untapped markets. Other career experiences included Saks Fifth Avenue where she worked in Customer Development, Capital Planning, List Segmentation, Catalog Marketing and Customer Service. Sandi helped to pioneer new learning programs for the Board of Education for the City of New York and pursued funding for those efforts through development work with the federal government.
SPEAKER AND MENTOR. As a regular speaker to women and young ladies, Sandi fulfills her passion for ensuring that women are fully prepared for business by sharing pertinent, relevant information through mentoring. She mentored business owners through the NAWBO-NYC Mentoring Program and Toastmasters International. She advices high school students on career and entrepreneurial opportunities at People’s Prep and LINKS Charter Schools in Newark, NJ, the Wheels Program in Spanish Harlem and Virtual Enterprise International. All student education are collaborations between businesses and learning facilities.
ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER. She is currently an advisory board member of Workshop in Business Opportunities, Anchor ID and Temple University DEI board. She is a former board member and current member of NAWBO-NYC, Past Board President of the Brooklyn Executive Business Women’s Association (BEBWA), and a current member of the Women’s President Organization-NEXT and International Women’s Entrepreneurial Challenge Foundation (IWEC Foundation). Sandi also heads up the Board of Trustees for New Birth Christian Ministries, Inc. in West Babylon, New York.
SCHOLAR AND VOLUNTEER. Sandi holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Temple University, an MBA in General International Management from Dowling College, and a BS in Marketing from Marymount College at Fordham University. She volunteers with The Carter Burden Network for the Aged and managed a non-profit organization that provided scholarships and food programs for underprivileged children in her home town of Clarendon, Jamaica, West Indies. She is also very involved in Omni Toastmasters in Brooklyn, NY.
